JBT & Associates' service mission is to offer you fast, convenient and economical service for your technology products. We offer our personal customers a complete service center. For our business customers we offer complete on site service, backup services and numerous other support programs.
Support Contracts
Let JBT maintain your technology by reviewing and automatically updating your Windows operating systems with the needed security patches, virus definition updates and program updates. This will allow your staff to do what they were hired to do.
Installation Services
JBT offers installation services for Windows Server 2003/2008 as well as server-side applications including Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, and numerous business management software packages. The HP management software package, Systems Insight Manager, which is included with all HP servers, will allow you to monitor hardware status and solve problems prior to a complete failure of your system.
